I feel so many things at once sometimes. I remember journaling was a huge help when I was younger, but it's not a habit I've kept for myself lately. Only once in a while. This helps too, somewhat, but I'm not in the habit of this yet either. I ought to put more importance on it, I think.
I've been learning a little about enneagrams lately, and I haven't taken the test yet, but of the 9 types I feel I most identify with either 4 with a 5 wing or 5 with a 4 wing. I think I'll take the test sometime soon to see what result I get. These kinds of things can be interesting tools for self-reflection.
